Does Besty Helper guarantee that I will get housing?
No. We cannot influence decisions made by landlords or agencies. Our work is to prepare a strong profile, find relevant options, submit applications and show progress.
Where do replies from agencies arrive?
We submit applications with the client contact details. Replies should arrive directly to the client email or phone so communication continues without an intermediary.
When does the search start?
The search starts after we receive the form, email confirmation and payment. The account shows work status, submitted applications and next steps.
Do I need to send documents?
We only ask for details needed to create the profile and submit applications. If a specific listing requires extra documents, we will tell you separately.
